Vehicle Allocation

To ensure a comfortable travel experience, vehicles are assigned based on the number of guests booked for the tour:

• 7-Seater Vehicle: Accommodates up to 6 guests.
• 13-Seater Vehicle: Accommodates up to 12 guests.
• 24-Seater Vehicle: Provided for larger groups.
• Maximum Group Size: 25 guests per tour.

Mosque Guidance

A dedicated mosque briefing and guidance service will be provided for groups consisting of 4 or more guests, ensuring a smooth and informative visit to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

Dress Code for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque

To comply with the mosque's dress regulations:

For Ladies:
• Abayas and head shawls will be provided free of charge for the mosque visit.

For Gentlemen:
• Long trousers and modest casual clothing are required.
• Sleeveless shirts, shorts, and overly revealing attire are not permitted inside the mosque.

Please note that the dress code applies only to the mosque visit. Guests are welcome to wear their preferred attire during the remainder of the tour.

Tour Itinerary

As this is a sharing tour, the published itinerary and scheduled timings will be followed to ensure a smooth experience for all participants. Individual modifications or unscheduled stops may not be possible during the tour.

Special Requirements

Child seats and infant seats can be provided upon request. Guests requiring these facilities are kindly requested to mention them at the time of booking so that the necessary arrangements can be made in advance.

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your tour.
  • Tour slots are subject to availability .
  • Child under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors must follow all instructions provided by the concerned authority.
  • Photography is allowed but restricted in certain areas.
  • Riyago reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances , government regulations , calamities or announcements safety concerns. In such cases a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
  • Riyago is not responsible for any personal injuries , loss of belongings during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour date:
No cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date:
50% cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date:
100% cancellation charges will apply.

No-Show Policy

No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided in case of:

• No-show on the tour date
• Same-day cancellations
• Unused or unscanned attraction tickets
• Missed transfers or pickup services
• Unused confirmed services

Rescheduling & Amendments

Rescheduling or amendments for confirmed tours, transfers, attraction tickets, and pickup/drop-off services may not be possible.

All amendment requests will remain subject to supplier availability and operational approval.

Refund Policy

Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment used during booking confirmation.

Card Payment Refunds

Refunds made via credit or debit card may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect in the guest’s bank account, depending on bank processing timelines.

Cash Payment Refunds

Refunds for cash payments may be processed:

• In person
• Through bank transfer
• Via another mutually agreed method
