  • Timing: The experience typically runs from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, allowing you to enjoy the desert activities, sunset, and dinner during this time frame.
  • Please note: The timing for the Desert Safari experience is subject to change based on sunrise and sunset timings. Exact schedules will be confirmed at the time of booking. We appreciate your understanding as we aim to provide the best possible experience in harmony with nature.
  • Pick-up: Pick-up services are available exclusively within the radius of Abu Dhabi city. Locations outside this area are not covered under our standard pick-up service.
  • Special Requirements: If you have any specific needs or requirements, such as the need for a baby seat, dietary preferences, accessibility accommodations, or any other requests, we kindly ask you to specify them at the time of booking. This allows us to make the necessary arrangements and ensure your experience is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

  • Seating Assignment: This tour is conducted as a shared experience in a comfortable 7-seater vehicle (Land Cruiser), accommodating a total of 6 passengers. The seating arrangement is as follows, in the 1 passenger in the front seat, 3 passengers in the middle row and 2 passengers in the back row. Seating assignments will be arranged on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

  • Bookings must be made in advance through our website.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your safari.
  • Activity slots are subject to availability.
  • Child under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Visitors must follow all instructions provided by the concerned authority.
  • Photography is allowed but restricted in certain areas.
  • Riyago reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances , government regulations , calamities or announcements safety concerns. In such cases a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
  • Riyago is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings during the safari.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the activity date: No cancellation charges will apply.

  • Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the activity date: 50% cancellation charges will apply.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the activity date: 100% cancellation charges will apply.

No-Show Policy

No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided in case of:

• No-show on the activity date
• Same-day cancellations
• Unused or unscanned attraction tickets
• Missed transfers or pickup services
• Unused confirmed services

Rescheduling & Amendments

Rescheduling or amendments for confirmed tours, transfers,activities, attraction tickets, and pickup/drop-off services may not be possible.

All amendment requests will remain subject to supplier availability and operational approval.

Refund Policy

Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment used during booking confirmation.

Card Payment Refunds

Refunds made via credit or debit card may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect in the guest’s bank account, depending on bank processing timelines.

Cash Payment Refunds

Refunds for cash payments may be processed:

• In person
• Through bank transfer
• Via another mutually agreed method
