    This transfer rate is applicable for up to 4 passengers with standard luggage capacity.

    If your group consists of more than 4 guests, or if you are travelling with additional luggage, oversized baggage, sports equipment, strollers, or special luggage requirements, kindly contact us in advance. Our team will be happy to arrange a larger or alternative vehicle to ensure all passengers and luggage are accommodated comfortably and safely throughout the journey. Additional charges may apply depending on the vehicle type, passenger count, and luggage requirements. Our goal is to provide a smooth, comfortable, and hassle-free transfer experience for every guest.

Terms & Conditions

• All transfer bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

• Any amendments to the booking, including changes to the pick-up time, date, or location, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled transfer and are subject to availability.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer may qualify for a full refund, subject to applicable cancellation policies.

• Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pick-up location on time. Delays may result in additional waiting charges or affect the transfer schedule.

• The type of vehicle provided will be determined based on the number of passengers, luggage requirements, and operational availability.

• Passengers exceeding the confirmed seating or luggage capacity may require an alternative vehicle, which may incur additional charges.

• The transfer service is valid only for the confirmed route and destination. Additional stops, route deviations, or extended waiting times may be subject to supplementary charges.

• While every effort is made to ensure punctual service, Riyago Tourism shall not be held liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including traffic conditions, weather disruptions, road closures, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

• Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. Riyago Tourism accepts no liability for lost, misplaced, or damaged items during the transfer.

• Airport arrival transfers include flight monitoring; however, guests are requested to provide accurate flight details at the time of booking to ensure smooth coordination.

• By confirming the booking, guests acknowledge and accept the above terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour date:
No cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date:
50% cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date:
100% cancellation charges will apply.

No-Show Policy

No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided in case of:

• No-show on the tour date
• Same-day cancellations
• Unused or unscanned attraction tickets
• Missed transfers or pickup services
• Unused confirmed services

Rescheduling & Amendments

Rescheduling or amendments for confirmed tours, transfers, attraction tickets, and pickup/drop-off services may not be possible.

All amendment requests will remain subject to supplier availability and operational approval.

Refund Policy

Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment used during booking confirmation.

Card Payment Refunds

Refunds made via credit or debit card may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect in the guest’s bank account, depending on bank processing timelines.

Cash Payment Refunds

Refunds for cash payments may be processed:

• In person
• Through bank transfer
• Via another mutually agreed method
