  • Riyago reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to unforeseen circumstances , government regulations , calamities or announcements safety concerns. In such cases a full refund or alternative tour date will be offered.
  • Riyago is not responsible for any personal injuries, loss of belongings during the tour.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the tour date:
No cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours prior to the tour date:
50% cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date:
100% cancellation charges will apply.

No-Show Policy

No refunds, either partial or full, will be provided in case of:

• No-show on the tour date
• Same-day cancellations
• Unused or unscanned attraction tickets
• Missed transfers or pickup services
• Unused confirmed services

Rescheduling & Amendments

Rescheduling or amendments for confirmed tours, transfers, attraction tickets, and pickup/drop-off services may not be possible.

All amendment requests will remain subject to supplier availability and operational approval.

Refund Policy

Valid refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment used during booking confirmation.

Card Payment Refunds

Refunds made via credit or debit card may take an additional 3–7 working days to reflect in the guest’s bank account, depending on bank processing timelines.

Cash Payment Refunds

Refunds for cash payments may be processed:
